It is entirely possible, in my view. The OTO has repeatedly shown that it can operate at will in this nation. Even within our own Porter cities.

I can get some of my contacts in the police department to keep an eye out, with an emphasis on being discreet because he's a flight risk. I'll try to get more info in the meantime; you got anything other than what you said above?

That is all the information presently available. If you require more, consider contacting Ken Kaneki. He has been most active in pursuing the OTO. He was one of the imPorts who went to Liechtenstein. He will certainly be interested in your efforts.
