There is an important task which requires volunteers. We must learn all that can be learned about a man named Audric Müller.

He is a member of the OTO: the enemy of all imPorts. He is known to be a native from the nation of Liechtenstein. He is a handler for the OTO's clients, and likely knows important things about who else is connected to them. He is clearly skilled at concealing his activities. But I have faith that the Constellation will be able to expose him.

Finding Müller could be an important step in defeating the OTO and eliminating a threat to our community. Track him down.

Yes, and allied to the Soviet Union. A team of imPorts infiltrated after the blackout and confirmed the presence of a large OTO research facility there.

Including the development of electromagnetic weapons. They were most likely used to cause the power outage.

Kaneki-san got his name from Arturo Campana when he was investigating him. Apparently Müller was his handler in regards to OTO activities.

Müller is like a freaking ghost though; he takes handling to a whole new level.

I've got good news and bad news.

The bad news is, I couldn't find shit. This guy doesn't show up on any American records in any police department I've got any kind of influence in.

The good news is, my guy found just about everything, including a face. Sending the info over now.

These surgeries explain why he has been so difficult to track. But perhaps they offer another lead to follow. Such drastic alterations must require particular equipment and specialists.

That was my thought too. I wanted to give what I've got so far to Kaneki-san before I set my guy off looking for a specialist. Doubt he uses the same guy every time, but I didn't want to tip my hand before I was ready to grab him.

No way to tell. His surgeries are apparently fairly frequent; he may be getting some of the procedures done as soon as it's medically safe to proceed.
