It's probably a good thing he doesn't know for certain that Antares is Dooku or he might start making assumptions about the 'Count' part of his name/title.]
I'll be frank: MF is a shitheap. I had hopes that with the amount of organized crime going down there, a decent enough amount would be in our hands. It's not, it's frenzied, power-grabbing chaos. What exactly is the plan to clean those streets up and put a little bit of control into them? Your little candidate there going to put some reins on those boys?
[Hey; if there's only one head, that's the only one he's gotta cut off, when it comes to it.]
I think everyone knows it's going to take more than just the right ambassador to clean up the place. One of Dio's big plans is to encourage a night-dweller life similar to day time stuff though; that may help at least in discouraging crime a little, if there are less places for criminals to hide.
Even if it's only a starting point, that's better than what it is now. There's a lot of talk all the time about the place needing help, but the efforts at play there now are disorganized. If this group is going to make a play at this city, our best bet at guiding people into our way of thinking is to offer- and demonstrate- to be the hand that brings the place into line.
Intimidation isn't a clean and friendly-looking policy from the outside but hey, it's something. I'm sick of small fry in my territory.
Are we speaking relatively to itself or to other places?
There's small improvements here and there. I've seen some better access to treatment and supplies for homeless, there's less of those randos with the anti-imPort guns running around.
Compared to the other imPort-held cities, however, it's still leagues below where it should be in terms of controlled influence.
